Linseed amount?

I have got some linseed powder for Inky to help make his coat shiny. How much should i give him so he doesnt put weight on?? He is about 105kg in weight

its half a mug for a pony, so about quarter of mug?

The gold label ready linssed (which is full fat micronized linseed) recommends 2 x 50ml (cough mixture sized) scoops for a pony and 4 for a horse.

However for shine 1 x 50ml makes a difference, and I am currently feeding 75ml for shine and bounce.
