linseed-how much?

Got my big bag of micronised linseed from charnwood milling-
how much do i feed per day? do i add it gradually or chuck the right amount in straight away???? also someone said that it could send my tb loopy???

hope not-he needs the benefits of this

to be honest ive never known what amount you're meant to feed exactly them so ive always fed about two or three handfuls a day.. ive had no problems with it sending my ex racer loopy at all.. just lovely and glossy!! Good luck with it!
