Linseed question

I'm just about to order some linseed for my new loan pony but I dont know if either oil or whole linseed would be best? or is it just a matter of personal prefference?

Oil goes out of date fast. I would use micronised or cooked which you can buy in shops or online from natural horse supplies or specific mills.

Micronised linseed is the easiest and safest way to feed. Charnwood Milling do mail order at very good price if you get the biggest bag, last months!
