Has anyone found an ideally sized bin/container to keep their sacks of linseed in? Atm mine is sharing with the fast fibre but this is a bit of a pain but we get through it very slowly with it only being us. Previously kept the bag in the conservatory and took a sealed tub out every week but space in the new flat at a premium. There is space in the feedroom to put another bin but it doesn't really need a full sized one and I thought I'd ask before googling.

Mine is in old Badminton Tasty Treat buckets as they re-seal airtight. One bag fills 4 then I keep one at yard and the rest in other feed bins or dotted wherever I have space at home.

Yeah that's what I was doing McCauley but have moved to a very small 1 bed flat so essential horsey stuff only permitted (and onto ready made mineral mix as I don't have the space to store or mix!) - am having a hard enough job stopping the ingress of hay and bedding as my mini lounge/kitchen combo is straight next to the front door ;). Meanwhile the pony lives in the lap of luxury with me at his beck and call.. not sure I got that right somehow!

Will def look into the pet food bins.

I can 2nd a 20kg dog feed bin mine has a flip lid with a scoop built in that is the perfect size for my horses daily needs
