I really really hope it is, if it is they are a genious (sp) at photoshop coz it looks v real to me.

i've seen this before. tbh i think it's mental abuse of the poor pony. possibly physical too... i dread to think how much that lion weighs, more than the pony probably!
i know you can train a horse to put up with almost anything, but for god's sake...

I have seen that photo posted on here before, some time ago. I think the general consensus then was that it was photoshopped.

I a not going to watch the video because I will find it too upsetting.

What goes on in the minds of the people who do this stuff?

Wasn't this article shown before? It's in china isn't it, they do the same 'act' with a tiger and, if it is true what was written before they have also removed the canines from the lions/tigers? Abuse for both horse and big cat me thinks. Disgusting.

Nothing short of abuse IMO, which is why I vote with my feet and would never visit these countries in the interests of 'seeing the world', seen enough thanks.

I believe it's an Asian zoo, which specialises in these 'freakshows'. The lions and tigers are declawed and have their teeth removed, if you look at the pictures they are missing.
The same zoo also enjoys getting tigers to raise piglets (dressed in tiger skins) and pigs to raise tiger cubs. It also breeds tigers to sell for Chinese medicine.
There is no limit to what humans will do.

I thought the pig's in tiger skins was because the Tiger lost her babies and pined. though I thought was in an American Zoo. Though I cannot understand this whole thing with Tigers and lions riding horses, no need to proove it. Though if they breed the animals in the zoo for medicine, at least they are not shooting the wild ones. Still maddens me though til I see red. Tigers to me are the ultimate wild creature. Shear muscle and power and to kill them and eat them/ use bones for medicine is so crazy it makes me sick.....as you can tell v sore spot for moi.

Very upsetting. I thought it was in China land of animal cruelty but where apparently most of our horse rugs are made.

We could all protest with our wallets.
