Lister Legand Clippers

I have rencently brought a pair of lister lengand clipper and they where brill. But they keep getting really hot on the hand part has anyone else had this problem? I have sent them back and they couldnt find anything wrong with them. I clean them after every time i use them and the filter but im confused to why the hand set over heats to the point i cant hold them. The blades dont get that hot either. Any one else had the same probs???

How often do you oil the blades while you're clipping? I've got Lister Liberty clippers and i oil the blades every 10/15 mins with a spray clipper oil as opposed to the stuff you get with the clippers. If i don't do this i find they start to heat up fairly quickly. I'm sure your clippers should never get that hot though, maybe they are faulty. Was it Lister you sent them back to?
