Little bit pleased

I rarely post in the competition riders section, mainly because I haven't competed in over a year, so don't feel like I've earned the right to

But today, went out (courtesy of the lovely Finn McCoul and Tallelulah) to our first stressage since last winter, and Twiglet did me proud for a change! He's been a total tw*t to compete in the past, so i was expecting very bad things indeed, but he was a little superstar, and I couldn't be more pleased with him

It was only Prelim Trailblazers, but he got 58% in Prelim 10 (which I was slightly disappointed with, as I thought it was a 60% test, but what do I know?!) and then 64.5% in the second - Prelim 13 - and came 7th.

For the first time ever didn't feel sick going into test, and actually enjoyed riding him at a competition.

So obviously self indulgent post entirely, but it's very rare that I get the chance to do it, so am taking full advantage

It's ok, Twiglet told her off for eating his hay, so I think she was suitably chastised.
I think that was why he refused to load until she was on, he didn't want her eating any hay left outside the lorry....
