Just caught up with your previous post. MY GOD. Poor little chap, but a HUGE well done to you and your OH for saving this little lad. I do hope the previous owners aren't just going to get away with it though.

Along with everyone else, I feel really emotional reading your update. When you first told up all about him I was so incredibly angry...now I could sit and cry. What a cute little guy his is...marvellous

I just read your original post and came looking for an update. I don't think any other post has moved me as much as this one.....that picture of him in his wee rug made me well up. He is simply adorable and I cannot believe anyone could be so heartless. All credit to you for giving him a lovely home, and I love the name!
I donate monthly to the Brooke but will give WHW a big donation on his behalf when I'm at Blair in a couple of weeks (they normally have a stand and if not I'll save up more and donate at Olympia). Do keep us updated.

Little Stiglet looks so different already! I am so glad you and your OH rescued him, you are doing a wonderful thing taking in that poor little creature. Look forward to lots more updates on the HHO mascot!
 
Well done! He looks so much better already! Would like to say though that if your no one is listening re. animals like this that need to be taken in to care, then your best line of defense is your local vet. I know ILPH etc. are very ovrworked and have lots of animals dumped on them but no one should have ignored this little chap, it makes me mad! Ringing the RSPCA isn't always the best option, but if you have a good relationship with your vet then they are the best people to tell about any welfare issues. Our vets work with the RSPCA/ilph anyway, so come out for any welfare issues, but if your a good client who knows their stuff they will deff listen!
 
can you PM me your address I have a brand new 3ft rug just about to get thrown as I couldnt find a home for it!! - its stigs!!! Well done you!! As a mini owner this really did bring home just how some people dont have a clue that they are still horses!!!
 
WOW, echo the comments already that say what a difference 24 hours makes. You can actually see what he is now.

Well done you, he does look a lot happier. I look forward to reading the stig diaries as much as I do Hovis'
 
Awww bless him he is soooo cute.....havent read his story yet but am about too. Well done you though.

I used to live near Farnham and am there quite often with work/visiting friends so when he is older/fitter and needs his teeth doing I would be happy to do them free of charge. just PM me if you want me too.
