As the title really.....ideally I want a nice, easy first event so that our confidence can grow. Horse very capable of jumping and doing a nice test but I am such a wuss cross-country and depending how nervous I am he decides he is also nervous. I do seem to be better in the moment at a competition but still feeling anxious haha!

Here are the photos of last year's course https://plus.google.com/photos/103134106913698177879/albums/6203740546204613297

It will probably be similar this year. Lovely course - first few jumps are on quite a long climb up the gallops but it's not steep and rest of course pretty flat.

Dressage was slippery last year but fine with studs, show jumping on a surface. Very friendly event - Munstead is easier but LMEQ isn't difficult.

From what I remember of Littleton I would say yes, but I never competed there, only schooled.

I can't do the Munstead BE80 this year as I am not around on the Saturday - doing Pachesham 70cm ODE and Munstead unaffiliated 80 event (over BE80 course) as prep. That's the thing about LMEQ, I've schooled there and jumped a couple of the BE80 jumps already (couldn't find some of them) so hopefully that will help my confidence. Thanks!

No didn't go to Pachesham last weekend but did Bonfleur a few weeks ago, I did Pachesham end of August but only the 70 as it was our first ODE ever. Hope I don't completely embarrass myself at LMEQ haha
