business rates on any equestrian buildings/arenas/xc.



you are liable for council tax if you are one of:
* Resident Owner
* Resident Tenant
* Resident Secure Tenant
* Resident with contractual licence to occupy (ie tied accommodation)
* Resident (ie squatter)
* Owner or leaseholder of an unoccupied property.
