Liver infections

Sorry another post my mind is all over the place at the moment!

Anyone had a horse diagnosed with a liver infection? How quickly did they recover? What was the long term diagnosis? Any helpful tips and advice?

Hi.

I don't have any experience - luckily my 3 have never had an issue like this - but a friend of mine has just had a horse with a liver problem and he is now ok. I will ask her tomorrow what tyoe it was and what treatment he had and will let you know.
