I will be moving to the Liverpool/Merseryside areas sometime next year and I'm struggling to find a down to earth DIY livery for about £100 per month. I've checked all the liveries with websites but I am sure there must be plenty that don't advertise and are known by word of mouth. Can anyone help please? Many Thanks, Gill :)

Hi there, many thanks for your reply. Where is your livery? I am open to all suggestions as to where the livery is as we haven't decided which part of Liverpool to live in yet. We'd probably choose the livery first and then find a house nearby!! Does yours include haylage and is that DIY? I'll check Merseyhorse, is it a website? Thanks once again

hiya, its diy only no haylage for that price, we are next to gellings , but their are no stables free at the moment, loads of farms in netherley way, off garnets lane off netherley road, try spring farm

Thanks so much for the info, we'll look in to all the places you suggest and see what's available. Really appreciate you taking the time and trouble to help. All the best and happy riding! Gill

I think there is a stable free at Burrows Lane Farm in Prescot, it's very close to the East Lancashire Road so good transport links to Liverpool or Manchester. It's got 3 all weather arenas, working hunter field, turnout and its DIY but they do 'breakfast' for you. We also ahve arena eventing/dressage shows and hold a local show once a month from May to September. They have a website but not sure how up to date it is, be best ringing Leanne the owner if you think i'd suit.

:)
