Liverpool Wood Pellets

Is anyone else having to chase them for delivery every single order? I thought I'd give them another chance after they left me in the lurch last time - nearly two weeks for delivery - and I was going to buy one of their pellet burning boilers but honestly getting deliveries seems to be like pulling teeth (except that you pay the dentist afterwards).

seems they never learn - why oh why dont they change carriers, the company themselves seem ok, its the haulage companies they use that are the problem, i gave up on them a long time ago, had numerous offers for vouchers off, and a promise to send on next day delivery, but there is nearly always a post on here complaining about delivery - do they never learn ?

forgot to add - get them from corley wood pellets now, sooooo much better, haulage company is lovely and the drivers super helpfull highly recommend and not really and difference in costs

The problem I'm having seems to be that they aren't dispatching the orders, they're not getting as far as the hauliers!
