I ordered 268 worth of pellets on 18/11 on line and paid in full. Two weeks later and no delivery. I called and was told they had been busy, but that they would be delivered on 3/12. Came home, no delivery!!!! What should I do? 268 out of pocket and no bedding for the horses!!! Help!!! 😡😡
 
You're not the first person I have heard of having problems with them recently, a lady on my yard waited weeks recently.

Keep phoning and pestering, every day if need be. They will get them to you eventually!!

We have all now moved over to White Horse Energy - cheaper, MORE absorbant, whiter and mine arrived in 3 days!!
 
we ordered from white horse energy yesterday & today we had confirmation they will be delivered tomorrow :)
they have 3% off your first order too
I would ring complain & get your money back & order elsewhere
 
Spoke to LWP today as I had previously emailed asking where my order was. Told delivery might be this week or end of next week which is bl**dy useless! Not impressed again with customer service I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. I then asked for confirmation that my money would be refunded . The guy said" Yeah - if I'm not too busy"!!!!!!! Well I will NOT be using them ever again.
 
I had a problem with delivery with LWP some years ago and as a result tried different pellets/suppliers.

I now get Five Star Professional from Eden Wood Prodcts. Apart from Aquamax they are the best pellet I've tried and always delivered promptly.
 
I wont be using them again either so keep the recommendations for others coming have waited three weeks and keep getting a different story, then I had an tx saying you can track your item but no tracking number!!
