Livery advert - Advice please.

Hi guys,

Below is the bulk of an advert I am about to place.

I am terrible at putting words together!

Is there anything you feel I am missing?
Or should I put things in a different order?

All suggestions greatly welcomed!!

Grass - DIY - Part & Full livery available at small, friendly yard in *----*.
Huge brick built stables - Undercover
Ample turn out to suit individual needs. Post & rail well draining paddocks & fields
CCTV - also in stables.
Indoor arena.
Weekly vet & farrier visits
Direct access to superb extensive off road hacking
24/7 transport on-site
Professional, experienced, qualified staff

I figured by not putting the area in I wouldn't be breaking the rules....

I would add if there are jumps......and if there is year round or 24/7 turnout (or according to conditions) and possibly how many stables so people have an idea of how big the yard is

I would say how big the school is as well. You could also specify if the part/full was 5 day or 7 day or both
