Hello

I am finishing a steading renovation and will shortly have 2 stables available for livery.
I was hoping to get some advice on costings.
The potential livery would have a field plus the 2 stables. No arena but nice flat well draining fields.
I have 2 horses on site but nothing else. So nice and quiet.
Hacking is pretty good, quiet roads and lots of set aside tracks around fields the farmers leave grass. Stubble field galore after harvest. Easy trailering to off-road places too.
What would you advise? If you are liverying what would you like? How much do you charge? Hay included not included?

Thank you!

Depends entirely on where you are in the country, how big the field is , is it suitable for all year turn out and if water and electric are available and included.
Could be anything from £15 per week per stable to three times that.

The field is just over an acre with access to an extra field in winter, so all year round turnout perfectly doable. Water and electric in all fields
North of Aberdeen in location
