Hi are there any yards around the Kidderminster area that have herd turnout, no barbed wire and allow horses to be out every day and 24/7 in the summer at least? I'm looking for some decent hacking that does not involve main roads or busy roads; I like where I am but it's just too far from where I live now.
Thanks

Look up Stash Stables on FB, might be too far but fabulous place and wonderful hacking, turnout 24/7 for 9+ months of the year, in herds, no wire.

Many, many years ago we were at Sladd Barn Livery near Cookley, at that time it was a great set up, with herd turn out, hacking directly out on to Kingsford Country Park and it also has an indoor school, outdoor school and grass showjumping area (I dont recall about barbed wire!).

Its still going today, may be worth a look.

Bissell Wood? Don't know about the turnout arrangements, but it is on sandy soil. There is a cross country course on site and a good network of bridlepaths at the end of the (long) drive.
