I don't know about livery, but the faclities are beautiful. 3 arenas, a cross country course and a very nice looking yard. I would want to ask questions about turnout restrictions and any restrictions on when I could be at the yard. It's very "professional", which wouldn't suit me at all, but a lot of people would love it I think. There were quite a few horses in when I went there, at lunchtime on a lovely day, so I'd want to know why. I also have a personal hate of yards with radios on all the time, but they might do that for horses on box rest. I'd give them a ring and go and have a look, see if you think it would suit you and your horse.
