Livery charge. How much?

I keep my 2 horses at home. However I have 2 spare stables + 4 acres & 60x20 outdoor arena useable all year round as I look after things well.
I have been asked if I would take a livery. I would include hay but not bedding or hard feed. All year round daily turnout, in at night. I would feed, turnout / bring in along with my 2 as another horse has to fit in with my routine, but not muck out / groom / exercise.
What do you think I should I charge for this?

All areas vary in price - around here your lookng between £50 - £80 per month basic, so including hay, to feed and turn out / bring in id guess at about £150 ?

My fiend has a yard she £ 47 per week big stables outdoor school and great hacking it includes Haylage and straw but no turning out etc .

£30 a week for livery and hay, plus £1 each way for turnout/bring in

I pay £80 per month for livery, £25 per month for hay.

My friend keeps her 2 at mine. Big stable, all yr turn out. 140 acres to ride in. Hay, straw all included. No arena but plenty of hacking. Full DIY. I charge £110 for the 2 of them a month but I'm softy!
