Same area as me! I'm moving to a yard which offers DIY (With assistance) and complete DIY is £160 per month to include stable, grazing, use of outdoor school, lunge pen, flood lights, great hacking, owners on site, secure tack room etc, although this would obviously increase with the cost of assistance factored in too.

Bedding, hay etc is extra on top but is competitvely priced for the area I thought.

Yes that is good, and probably in line with what my yard charges too. I pay extra for bedding, feed and hay that the YO supplies. Good luck with the yard move!
