I don’t want to be rude but what she doing is dangerous she basically long raining him into a box he has a bad attitude and has rearing problems because it’s 3 year old green pony the people who own him are young teenager and mother doesn’t have a clue what there doing he is a first pony and the pony has behaviour problems because the owners don’t know what they doing . It every weekend they are asking me and it’s starting to annoy me .

Just say 'I think you need to get a pro in to teach you how to do it as I can't keep doing it going forwards'?

Also, does he have a bad attitude and behaviour problems or is he just a 3-year old horse with novice owners? Either way the sentence above seems appropriate.
To be honest I think the pony is taking advantage of them because they are novice they can’t get him into an arena without him refusing and bucking.

If you really dont want to be rude (and advatage it makes it very hard for someone to keep asking), is something like 'I really dont think I am helping the situation as pony is not improving, so I dont think its a good idea for me to do it anymore as i dont want to ruin your pony'.

Follow up with suggestion of pro!

However, Id just say no myself.

Good god. Isn't this just the right way to go to get a problem loader. FFS some people have no idea.

Walk away my friend. You made the biggest mistake when you stopped to help. But now you need to walk away, and not just for your own safety either; unless you are a professional you will not be insured and if something goes wrong and either you, the pony, or the other parties, are injured, you will not have a leg to stand on.

If they need help with loading then by all means offer them a list of professionals in your area who might be able to help them.

If he's going out each weekend is it just to get him used to travelling or does he get out and do something? If the latter how do they get him back in again?
Personally I'd suggest they put in some practise during the week as well , when there are no time constraints on them.

As others have said they need to see if there is a pro who can come over or they go to them & the horse & they need to be trying to achieve the same thing. They must have some proper training because they are heading for some hospital treatment and it could be serious. It may cost a few pounds but they will be able to load him themselves at their yard & also be able to reload him where they've gone to to come home. Getting someone at their yard to do it for them is never right, they must learn to do it. I've been around horses for 50 plus years, just tell them what they need to do, don't assist in loading or load for them or they will never learn.

I wouldn't do it tell them to get a professional or learn to do it correctly with a trainer supervising. The more they do what they are doing the worst it will get and end up with a pony that won't load at all and in a emergency they will not be able to get him to hospital.
