Livery costs

Hi, i posted earlier for advice on livery yards in the kings lynn area. I found the contact details for a new yard opening near me. I have been out of horses for about 4 years now and im now thinking of getting another one so wondered if you could tell me about what you think of the prices of tthis yard.
Full livery £85 per week for 7 day care, feed, hay and straw 3 days exercise on a horse walker. I just need to turn up and ride and pay vets farrier etc
Part - £65 5 day care (me to do weekends) feed hay and straw
diy £35 inc hay and straw
they have menage, horse walker and a 5 furlong allweather gallop. Owners are on site.
Do these prices sound about right???
