Hi,
Just wanting to here from all the areas of Britain as to how much everyone is paying for livery both grass only and full. I currently rent a 3 acre field with stables water power etc for two horses which works out at £12.00 PER week. But unfortunately might have to move from where i am in Scotland and do not have a clue about costs as i have been spoiled for the last few years.

Not sure about full or grass but DIY on one yard I go to is between £4-6 a day (pony/horse) goes up for part/full. On the other DIY is £22 a week. Both have field, stable, use of school and other facilities included

I live in the south east, so its quite expensive. at my stables full livery is £85 a week and DIY is £36. Grass kept horses are £30 a week

Hi,

I live in the south east and for my DIY livery I pay £35 a week, but for that i get the use of 3 fantastic schools, xc course, off road hacking and brilliant yard :)

Hi, depends on where in the country your moving to but I'm in South Cheshire. The yard I'm on is

£25 a week for DIY
£45 a week for Part
£75 a week for Full

2 outdoor schools, indoor school, Jumping Paddock, 250 acres off road hacking with log jumps. 3 mile all weather gallop, across the road an 8 mile fun ride course, horse walker, 12x12 monarch stables, 24/7 turnout if required. Hay, Haylege & Straw delivered to your stable on a weekly basis at cost prices.

I live in south west and pay £50 a month for 3 fields, one with a shelter and 2 stables, for as many horses as i want on the land.

Before that i paid £15 a week for stable and field at a diy yard and had to pay extra £5 a hour to use the school

Full Livery means a different service on every yard so I won't quote on that.

We have DIY in Warwickshire & have individual turnout, 12' x12' stable, barn storage for hay/bedding/feed, secure tack room, rug room with drier, kitchen & toilet, electric & water, 45mtr x 23 mtr turf float arena, cctv, lorry & trailer parking. We have an on site groom who will provide whatever service you may need for your horse if you want a day off or something crops up & you pay her direct for that. This costs £22 p.w. (went up recently & had been at £20 pw for years). We buy our in own feed/bedding/hay etc :)
