I have just moved to the area and need diy livery/ grass for my retired/pet cob mare who is waiting to come up from down south
she prefers to live out 24/7 so ideally diy grass livery but will look at all options.

I have tried most things i.e riding clubs, feed merchants, tack shops but dont seem to be coming up with anything!
just basic facilities dont need a school or good hacking but quiet and friendly yard or farm type set up.
will look at most areas in fife or kinrosshire or even across the "bridge" if this was suitable

any suggestions gratefully received or even pointing in the right direction!

Have you tried Kinshaldy Stables in Leuchars, Fife01334 838527 - it has been a very long time since I was liveried there so don't know what they do now but worth a try I guess.

When I was there was a really friendly happy yard, good luck :)

Hello ,

I have a small quiet yard with large stables and a nice view! All the residents are veterans
and have their own paddock with electric fencing, but I do prefer them in when weather is poor.
We are 20 minutes south of Kinross, 10 minutes from M90 and in location of excellent equine practice.
Not sure how to get a number to you if interested!

hi
thanks for that info, sounds interesting, working in kinross so the closer to that is better. my mare will stable but has sweetitch so we like her to be out most of the time plus my work commitments . she isnt an old girl, just has a few ridden problems so best not to be ridden, a very sweet girl, and easy field company .
would love if you could give me contact details or a bit more info, possibly where you are, set up and winter routine for the yard and prices.
happy to chat further
many thanks
