I have a 3yr old cob and need to start his long reining and lunging. The yard I'm at is close to home and easy going and friendly. however it's menage is cluttered with obstacles and un even hard sand and grassy areas with hardcore coming through. I've tried long reining around farm but theirs farm equipment broken fencing and hazards around. Should I move further away where I could have nicer facilties but costing more and leaving friendly yard.
