Anyone know of livery available on the South Side - Waterfoot/Eaglesham/means areas? Prefer grass but would consider stabled as long as not too expensive! An arena/other riders who are competing would be ideal but not essential.

Thanks!

there's an equitation centre in busby and there's hazeldene (possibly the same ones).
are u restricted to the south side?
there's quite a few in Renfrewshire

Hazeldene only take geldings on part livery and Busby have extremely limited winter turn out. Although Busbys part livery is reasonable for what you get. There are a few places just off the road through the cathkin braes.( south cathkin farm?) Is that too far out? I'll have a look and see if I can find the link.

there is maidenhill in newton mearns? though it usually has a waiting list. I wouldnt go to busby or hazeldean purely because they are riding schools! but each to their own.

2nd with blood_magik said lots of yards in renfrewshire.

I know a few private yards around the area you are looking in but not sure what spaces they have.

Also if you can go out as far as east kilbride there is lots out that way too. Feel free to PM me if you like, I know the area you are looking in quite well and could point you in the right direction, though i'm not great at remembering names :)

there's also linn park and dumbreck
can't remember if dumbreck has grass livery but its small and friendly, or at least it was when i rode there 4 years ago.

just in case your interested in yards a bit further afield:
ingliston, gryffeside, tannoch, kenmure, wardhouse, fordbank and meadowpark

^ I just had a look at your website, fantastic place. I'd be proud too if it was mine! I like the internal lay out of the barn and stable design, very classy. You should get some pics of the schools on there (apologies if I just missed them) :D

Blood magik - We have 2 spaces for full or part livery, year round turnout and alot of us compete, we are in Stewarton, East Ayrshire. Thornhill Stables take a look at our website, brand new stables very relaxed friendly atmosphere (although as the owner i am biased!:D) come for a look if you are interested

sorry for shameful self promotion but not many people know we are here yet!

pm me if you want to come for a look

i'll attempt to drag dad down on wednesday - it's for his horse when it comes over next year
