Livery/grazing in Leicestershire

Im Struggling to find one!

i would rather grazing all year, but if needed stabling in winter, with turnout in morning.

can someone recommend me some places? That aren't bitchy please.

would also like a sand school.

Swithland? Looked at it with my friend but she decided not to go for it because it was further away than current place. Nice set up though if its in your area and seemed very friendly.
