Have you any advice on what would be a fair offer of time wasting money’ if I had to cancel the new pony . I’ve paid half and owe £750 but I don’t want to lose the whole half I sent £750 to South Wales is it wrong to ask for a refund under the circumstances and pay the seller a token payment ? I don’t want to be rude but I didn’t expect to lose my place and I’ve got one horse to move then. I feel awful .
You still have 2 weeks so I wouldn't cancel just yet, also if you can't find a yard straight away you could contact the seller and ask if they can hold the pony a few weeks longer while you find a space.

thank you for doing this for me .today I was telephoned by the owner who said the rent in advance is 24 hours late and so I’m putting your horse into the road and all your stuff on the side of the road . You will be trespassing if you come onto my land. I can’t believe this , I was paying the rent in advance but forgot to leave it yesterday I’ve.been so shocked by all this . So I took the cash in and begged for an amicable departure and to not have any upset. Bad for the horses. It’s cruel to hold power over anyone like that especially when they have No idea what has happened . I’m numb . Can’t think eat or sleep . I’ve got 3 places to look at on Monday . All land but only slim chance . And I’m really grateful to you all for your advice and help. Ill have to search and prey. It gives me the creeps to ever trust livery again. This is so bad . I’ve done nothing at all and I’m so shocked it’s hard to function . So I lost my car keys in the frenzy . Omg I’d not stay if they paid me now and I can’t wait to get my horse off this land . It’s rubbish anyway v expensive grass livery nowhere to ride or exercise and if 3 people can’t get along it’s a sorry state of affairs . I’m 60 and I’ve had enough being spoken like this and bullied like this so I do hope I can find land . This is so terrifying .
