What are the livery cordless harmony clippers like for hogging a cob mane and legs and for say a blanket clip? Are they decent?
Or can someone recommend a decent budget pair for under 150.
Thanks

I have the liveryman harmony clippers, and manage to clip my appy x native (not long but very thick coat and has a blanket clip usually),and last year did a low trace on my welsh cob (very hairy beast!!),with no problems at all, well with the clippers anyway drama queen horse was another story:rolleyes:

Battery stays up well, although I do find the battery pack a bit cumbersome, but then I guess that's probably true of many cordless clippers.

Overall I have been very pleased with them and would happily recommend:)

I bought a pair (not the cordless ones) and they were terrible! They didn't cut the coat at all, and this was a fine haired tb. waste of money imo

They wouldn't go through my cobs coat at all. Compete waste of money. Ended up forking out for some wolsleys & the liveryman are only used to do the dog now :(

Ah so they may not do a yeti in the winter then?!!

Ok, there arnt many cordless about. My other option is a power inverter to run mains ones........#
Does anyone have the huntmaster clippers? they look good for the money and they seem to be a UK seller -
Am looking on eBay but very wary of cheap imported dangerous ones!!

They wouldn't go through my Welsh D's coat and he was left looking like one of those teenagers who shave lines and patterns in their hair

Feathers they nearly broke and wouldn't go through at all

I can't sell the flipping things though!

Now have liveryman red rockets and love them :) very very quiet also.
