I posted this on the South East group but anyone who's anyone knows that the Tack Room is where the good info is!

Hi all!
I am looking to possibly leave my yard in Bexley.
Riding facilities are really important to me and I’m particularly keen on an indoor school as the idea of riding outdoors in winter fills me with dread, especially as I have to travel far and work long hours.
I’m looking for full livery as I live and work in London, but I do tend to ride 6 days a week and just deal with the driving! However that may change a bit as we return to work.
Turnout is important, and I know it’s difficult this close to London but ideally he’d be out all day on grass.

There must be SOMETHING that's 45 away that isn't a nightmare?

I do like a yard that can organise events and clinics but it’s not a deal breaker.

I am at Gasstons in Epsom, it's fab and I've actually started getting the train instead of driving after work, from Vauxhall it's a 36min relaxing journey and a 5 minute uber at the other end. I still drive sometimes and also car pool with other london based liveries. It's an amazing yard with so many clinics etc, XC course, SJ course, water treadmill. Would definitely recommend. Only thing is you would have to go on a waiting list as it's full but ppl move so you never know.....

Sorry. Should have been clearer. I live in Peckham so looking for close to SE London. Present drive to Bexley is eastwards bug wondered what was south. There’s Bromley common? Any info?
Or some on that Kent border?

You’re probably best to look on Facebook these days. There is a group called LIvery yards in Kent. another called livery and grazing south-east. I lived in Kent for around 7 years but I don’t recall many yards with an indoor. I had my horse just North of Maidstone at a small yard in Hucking. Cobham Manor near Detling had one but that’s over an hour from you on a straight run.

White Horse Farm near Meopham/Snodland is a very well run yard with great facilities including a massive indoor. Not sure how long that would take you?
