Down South; £346 pcm, 4Day Part Livery, off road farm hacking, 20x50 sand and fibre school, plenty of turn out summer and winter, hay, bedding and basic hard feed included.
4day aprt livery is full livery 4 days per week plus 1/2 a day on the other three days
£130 per month DIY, though my lovely YO (lives on site) very kindly puts my boys haynet in each evening when she does hers. Masses of grass in lots of good sized fields, outdoor school, proper surfaced gallops, running water/lighting/electric and plenty of storage. And only 4 owners including me and YO, the other 2 work very long hours so aren't around as much. I'm south central. Can you tell I adore my yard?
Ours is just going up, £53 a week for 5 days a week part livery with stable, hay, bedding and full use of the facilities, £25 a week for grass livery with fewer facilities but ad-lib hay in the field, £35 a week grass livery, with hay and full use of the facilities. We're in Angus.
At yard 1 - £65 a week full livery everything included unless you want different feed. 40 by 60 school which can flood but not great grazing as it is a bit over stocked. However there is all year turnout whatever the weather.
Yard 2 - £35 a week for stable and field anything else is extra. 30 by 40 school with a great surface and a xc course, again not loads of grazing and they don't stay out all day but not bad.
I'm in Yorkshire.
£160.00 a month in winter with unlimited haylage, £100.00 a month in summer, turnout 24 7 . Smallish menage, electricity and water included. Only 3 other owners, small friendly yard with very knowledgeable YO who is very helpful and will hold for vet, farrier etc. YO lives on site and is very approachable and will always help with any problems. Am in North Wales
Very north england.

There's an indoor and outdoor school, instructor, fields and tracks to hack around and all year turnout.
North West.
£400/month part livery. Includes stable, bedding, feed, hay, bring in/turn out, muck out etc. Owners are expected to visit their animals regularly and some liveries have had to be reminded that the yard is not a dumping ground...
Turn out is good in summer, more restricted in winter.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor schools, off road hacking and horse walker.
£100pcm, DIY. 30x50 outdoor with sand, rubber and fibre surface. Jumps available for the school. Good turnout (every other day in winter). Good hacking, quiet lanes with forestry 40 minute ride away. XC course on site. All liveries are lovely and will go out of their way to help you out. I'm in West Wales.
In the lake district, DIY livery, lots of land, stables, lunge pen and good hacking but no school. £25pw in summer for 24/7 turnout and £40 in winter when stabled at night including unlimited hay/haylage. Small private yard, 5 horses, 2 liveries and the yard owner
Warwickshire / W Midlands
£48 PCM!!! VERY very lucky! Private yard with just 4 horses. Arena, full set of SJs, XC jumps. Plenty of grazing (they're currently in 8 acres) with another 12 ish so very easy to rotate fields, good grazing with interesting hedges for them to have some variety. Horses rarely have a day in, only really if incredibly wet when they won't leave their stables or if it's really deep snow. Tack room equipped with fridge, heater (essential in winter!), kettle and the ever important tea bags!! Running hot and cold water. Stables, feed room, hay/straw storage barn and field shelter. Good hacking, easy access to bridle way plus farmer friend's fields to ride round.
Buy in hay, straw and shavings. Always someone on site. Always someone to cover looking after the horses, just take turns for holidays, and even then there is someone on hand if needed.
And most importantly, no yard politics or conflicts! I could not stand to be on a yard where I couldn't get along with someone. It's nice to know that we all get along and all muck in to help each other when we can and when needed.
I'm in NI
I pay £130 pm for just my stable DIY

The yard my RDA group operates out of (combined RS/livery) charges £544 pcm for what appears to be basically full livery (i'm looking at their website, I don't have my own horse). Yard has 2 indoor schools, 3 outdoor, XC jumps, horse walker, all year round post and railed turnout and lots of storage space. Local hacking is decent, and the yard has woods/fields you can ride in. That's in South Oxfordshire.
A bit of idle googling reveals another place offering DIY at £25/30 a week with or without a stable.
North Derbyshire. £22 per week DIY, all year turnout, outdoor floodlit ménage (a bit small but far better than nothing!) Hay/haylage bought from farmer at £30 for a big round bale and straw at £15 for a big round bale. Good hacking straight from the yard.
150 a month, does not include hay or feed or bedding.
Facilites include large airy stables in an american barn, very nice school but limited lighting in winter, horse walker, good hacking but requires road to reach bridle path, and all year turn out.
Y/O provides shavings and hay/haylage which if we want it gets put on the bill.
The best thing about the yard though is the friendly atmosphere and help-each-other-out attitude!
£730 a month!!! Crazy prices down here, Hertfordshire. That's for part livery, daily turnout, outdoor ménage. Fortunately for my bank account, I'm in a share on that.
Places round here you could pay more at, too...also lots of people round here with more money than sense.
Just moved my mare to a yard that is one minute from my house, so saving loads on fuel. I pay £200 PCM, for box, turnout, hay, use of school, hacking is not bad, and they feed and turn out or bring in once a day. Maybe slightly more, but the people are lovely, it is a private yard, with just their two horses, ,my horse is the happiest I have ever seen her, a really good instructor come so to the yard, and the grazing is very well, looked after so it's really good quality.
It is slightly more than before, but me and pony are both so much happier there.
Hampshire, £170pcm. This includes daily turnout in winter, 24/7 turnout in summer if desired, lovely stable, indoor school with amazing surface, floodlit outdoor 20x60, show jumps, a small xc course, amazing hacking, ad lib hay in winter and a big shop on site. I also rent my house from the yard so live next to my stable.
Having had my own yard for so long I was really worried about livery, but I love where I live!
