Livery in Cossall area

Can anyone recommend any DIY yards in the Cossall/Strelley area? I know of the bigger yards (Cedar Farm, Swingate, the old Trowell XC course) but don't know of any smaller yards in the area.

Essentials:
Manege
Turn out over night in the summer, day turn out in winter (keeping in during bad weather is fine)
Off road hacking, a bit of road work is fine.

I'm happy to go on a waiting list if a yard is full.

Oldmoor Farm and Turkey Fields Farm at Strelley. Also Matt Blant's place at Swingate.

Thank you for the suggestions. Any more would be greatly appreciated, particularly smaller yards as I don't know any in the area
