Livery in Essex - Also in NL

Sorry I know this does not strictly belong in here but it is more of a competion yard I am looking for.

Does anyone know of a good livery yard in Essex preferably Brentwood /Epping area but willing to travel for the right yard. Must have a decent school and individual or paired turnout as well as some kind of services. I feel like i've looked everywhere!!

Hastingwood House is not far from Epping, Julie Binks is not inbetween Epping and Brentwood but not sure if she is taking anyone new for the couple of months.

Paul Hayler is Chelmsford. Shelley Brooks is 10 mins from A 12 at Chelmsford.

There is a lovely yard in Blackmore - Wenlocks Farm I think its called - a client of mine moved there, and I went to teach her once, but its unfortunately too far for me to go regularly.
They have a huge outdoor school, an indoor school, horsewalker, I think individual turnout, lunge pen etc. etc.!! Well worth going to have a look at if they have space from what I saw of it!

As above - Wenlocks is meant to be superb (a friend is a groom there). It's full livery only I think, £650 a month all inc. Also offers 24 hour turn out for retired horses, so I've heard.

How about Norton Heath or Brook Farm?
