livery in preston city centre

i'm looking for livery close to preston city centre.
i live right in the centre and my only transport is my legs and bicycle! (so i don't want to travel too far out)
 
Slater House on Haighton Lane is probably closest to the city.
Or Crookings Farm Penwortham, depending on what end of the city you live.
 
Vanner, you must be very close to me! I know a couple of liveries at crookings, and used to stable at the gables and Paul's farm (in mawdesley now).

Where are you based?
 
What milage would you consider possible for you on your legs / bicycle? When I moved to Preston I had my horse on livery 6 miles away & found that too much to bike, there & back, twice a day. However you may be young & a cyclist, I wasn't either of those & had a full time job & family as well. I bought a car in the end. I think all the places mentioned are a lot more than 6 miles from Preston town centre.

mari, i don't cycle like a pro and i also have a full time job. but i can ride about 2 miles comfortably, it would be worth it in the end.
