Livery in Rochdale

Bit of a long shot I know, but do any of you northerners know of anywhere that does livery in Rochdale or nearby? It needs to have some sort of winter turnout and a school to ride in but other than that I'm fairly open to ideas.

Any help would be much appreciated!
