I am at a yard in Broseley which is fab, but there is a looong waiting list. Have you tried looking in the Shropshire Star or Everything Horsy (shop) in Bridgnorth? They usually have loads of adverts.

there is a nice yard at Quatt with lots of hacking, all year turnout, floodlit school etc.

I know of a lovely friendly DIY yard just off the Wenlock Edge, out of Much Wenlock, superb hacking, newly re-furbed school, individ turn out. A really kind bunch and secure set up, PM me if you want details.
