Livery in Warks (Stratford / Warwick area but will travel)

Does anyone know of any yards in this area with part livery (would consider DIY), with the option of full when required (or someone on the yard who will provide the service).
Would ideally like the yard to have:
Indoor and outdoor 20m x 60m schools (or bigger)
Covered walker
Preferably internal stabling
Wash Box
Solerium
Some turnout (4 ish hours per day in summer and half an hour to an hour per day in winter)
Owners 'lounge' - tv, tea, coffee etc
Good security - gated etc

I think that is it!

Would be flexible on some of these if it was nice yard and other things were spot on!!

If anyone has any ideas please let me know!!

I will look how far leics/warks boarder is from Stratford!
I might be going to work in Stratford upon Avon and my dad is buying me a house so I thought Warwick would be a nice place to live and then have yard someone around work, home or both, but as we haven't actually chosen a house yet I can buy one near to a yard, as long as I can commute to Stratford upon Avon!
 
Hi, I'm setting a yard up 6 miles from Warwick, 3 miles from Moreton Morrell, 3 1/2 miles from Wellesbourne but it won't be open until the summer.

Details-

BHS approved, brand new american barn stabling, situated in the middle of the countryside. Excellently situated near motorway (10 mins away). Farm ride with miles of riding with optional XC jumps, good hacking else where, outdoor 60 x 40 floodlit arena. All year turnout with excellent fencing, some individual paddocks available (extra fee). Wash room with hot water and solarium (also extra small fee). Owner/manager on site. Security will include pin coded gate, tack room and CCTV. There will be parking for cars and lorries/trailers.

So livery (DIY and assisted, and a few Part) will include-

Use of-
Stable
Arena
All year turnout
Unlimited hay
Bedding
Feed (cool mix, alfalfa, speedibeet, comp mix, etc, etc)
Tack room (pin coded door, each client will then have their own lockable cupboard to store tack in)
Rug room
Clients lounge
Toilet/shower

The following will be available at small charges-
Wash room (with hot water)
Solarium
Services (feeding horse, turning out, etc for DIYs)
