Possibly looking for a new yard, and there is a serious lack of them around here! Apart from Downlands, does anybody have any suggestions. DIY with turnout, good hacking and use of arena required.

Have you tried putting cards in mole valley and mr burtons and possibly somewhere like longbridge dverill garage to see if a private yard has room for a livery. Friend of mine did this and got really lucky and found a yard that was perfect for her.

There used to be a riding school next to the army barracks. It took liverys and had an indoor, outdoor and two xc courses. Is it still there?

I am at tascroft, as I'm aware there are no spaces right now, but if you give them a ring they will put you on a waiting list. This may/may not be suitable for you depending on how soon you need a yard!

They are still there but prioritise the army, so if you're civilian and keep your horses there, then once someone in the army wants a space, it's basically last in first out I think!

On the board in mole valley are several yards in the area, including a couple in westbury, just down the road. There is also a yard in corsley, pretty much opposite where corsley show is, but no school.(well it didn't when I was last there)

No, can't remember what it is called, but it is on the main road (with an exit out the back) just around the corner from longhorn. I was there many years ago! Do you have transport, or does it have to be warminster?

It's actually for a friend who lives in Warminster. I help her out with exercising, and her Mum rides him too, so needs to be reasonably close for us all - so up to 6 or 7 miles would be OK (not north towards Westbury though - her Mum and I both live south west of Warminster).
