Livery Kent sevenoaks area please help?

Hi I'm moving to ide hill in Sevenoaks in the next couple of months hopefully just waiting for the house to go threw.
I will eventually have them at the house but a lot of ground work needs to be done and prob won't be able to fully have them at home for 6months or so!

So I would love a yard with the option of 24hrs in the summer or nights!
All year turn out all day in winter.
Good school with a good surface
Hacking preferably off road or quiet roads
Nice size stable

Is this possible want DIY but will consider part for a good yard
