Livery Leicestershire/Rutland border (Melton/Oakham area)

Hi, I'm looking for new livery options for my mare that is suitable for EMS/Laminitics. I love my current yard but the grazing isn't likely to be suitable in the longer term so I reluctantly need to look for something else.
Grass free turnout or a track is the dream, but somewhere with starvation paddock, strip grazing or some other means to ration grass needed. I do need a stable.
Assisted DIY/Part/Full preferred with a school and off road/quiet hacking.

Ideal area is the villages - between the A606, A607 and A47

Any thoughts? I am looking on facebook too but can't easily post without anyone finding out I'm looking. My current yard are lovely and I don't want to indicate I'm thinking of going unless I find somewhere perfect.

There is a track livery yard in belton in rutland, can't think of name but a Google or FB search should bring it up

Yes I've seen that one but it's barefoot horses only and doesn't have a school with lights (has a grass schooling area but not lit) so not suitable for me unfortunately. The turnout arrangement is great though!
