Livery Mortgage / Loan LVR

Hi. I am looking at starting a livery yard and am pulling together a business case. I would need to take our a mortgage / loan. What is the maximum LVR available, and which companies offer this?

Not very helpful I know but many yard owners will say that the best way to make a small fortune owning a livery yard is to start of with a large fortune.
