Livery near Brighton or surrounding areas - urgently looking

Hi everyone, my current livery yard announced yesterday that they are closing and have given one months notice to find somewhere else.

I’m manically trying to find somewhere suitable! Would anyone be able to recommend anywhere please?

I’m based on the outskirts of Brighton, so around that area and am happy to travel up to 30 mins in either direction. We’re currently based near Lewes.

Fairy flexible on type or livery - assisted diy, part or full.

Ideally looking for a school, AYTO and hacking. I have a 16.3 warmblood mare.

I’m sure there’s a yard in (by) Pycombe, literally just off the A23. We pass it on the way to visit MIL. There also appears to be at least one other on the way to Hassocks (A273).

Unfortunately, so many yards have recently closed here that good livery is tricky to find.
