Livery near Seahouses/Bamburgh

Hello

I may be moving my mare to Northumberland in the future and finding the right livery is paramount. I'm looking for a yard within 20/30 minutes of Seahouses.

She is not the hardiest of horses and I know the weather can be quite tough so an indoor school would be perfect but not a necessity. However year round turnout is needed! Off road hacking would top it off.

I don't know that area very well. Only places I can think of are Hope equestrian and Alnwick ford.
