Livery need in Guildford

I'm a student at the University of Surrey and am looking to move my lovely boy to the area. I've been to Rokers etc trying to find a yard with a space, but havent been successful in finding anywhere yet so could really use some help!!
I need somewhere with a stable, as he is a bit of a pansy and has never lived out in winter, and a sand school as I really want to bring him back into proper work, he's got pretty fat!
Assisted DIY is what I'm ideally looking for as, being a student, I cant have him on part livery or anything but I would need to be able to pay someone to look after him ocassionally and put out etc.
If anyone knows of anywhere, I'd really appreciate it!
