Livery needed near Leeds

Hi, wonder if anyone can help. Looks like I'm going to have to move my horse as have to move out of my house (housemate pregnant and boyfriend moving in) and there is nowhere nearby to rent cheap enough for me. Pity as horse is very happy there. Priority now is to find a good livery yard (diy) with a school and preferably off road hacking for neddy. I work in the centre of Leeds so pretty much open to anywhere that has reasonably good links to Leeds and plenty of properties to let.

Thanks in advance, especially if someone has a spare room and stable.....

sorry, no ideas, but im interested too as i moving to leeds in 5/6 weeks and need a yard (diy) to keep mine at, but i wouldnt mind renting a field/stable from a farmer if i cant find something as mine is only a youngster. i will be looking just north of leeds, one that caught my eye was owlet farm just near the airport not sure what they are like or how much, but might be easy to get to?
