Get rid friend or not she wont change, my Sister was a bit like this its a nightmare being left with everything to do, I have my horses at home now and would never have anyone here on a permanent basis, I help people out if they need a stable for a few weeks but thats it.

You've already mentioned it to her which had a short term effect. I would just politely say the arrangement isn't working out and she needs to find an alternative yard as you don't have the time to look after her horse for her

You've already tried the softly softly approach in talking to her about it and requesting more help and it hasn't work. You now need to decide whether you would rather keep her around and get her to pay you for doing the stuff she isn't or have a clean break and get someone else in.

If it were me, I would offer her the choice. It can be nice to have a little extra money for doing what you have already been doing anyway. Either way you shouldn't let it continue as it is.
