Livery or Land to rent in Stoke or surrounding areas

I have given notice to my sharer that I would like my mare to go on full loan, so my sharer is trying to work out how she can take on more responsibilities and care fully for my horse.
One option would be to move my mare closer to where my sharer lives( currently she travels 13 miles)...........can anyone suggest a livery yard / land to rent ideally nr Meir Heath, Stoke, all suggestions welcome
