Livery or yard Wanted - South Derbyshire / Staffs

I am looking for a yard to rent as a whole or livery for my 2 well behaved geldings. Minimum DIY livery, would like assisted livery (i.e. someone to turn out in the morning as I have a newborn baby and will be going back to work shortly and won't have the time), but would consider part livery.

As a minimum, I need all-year grazing (even if just a few hours daily in the winter) and good size stables for both of them, water and electricity.

It would be great if there was access to a menage and some good hacking - I don't have horse transport.

Location: Derbys/Staffs - ideally around the Hilton/Hatton/Tutbury/Foston areas or within 10-15 minutes drive.

Hargate Equestrian is in that area and the place has great schools and hacking (they have a web site). Good luck with the search!

Elvaston castle might be a bit far out though for you.

Wouldn't touch Elvaston Castle for livery plus it is too far out for me.

Hargate is an ideal location for me, but the grazing is appalling there and my boys wouldn't cope with the lack of it - such a shame.
