Hello, i have recently moved to my partners famr and my two horses and 2 ponies came with me! (very lucky i knw) anywho! where they were kept before was my family home, and we are hoping to in about 6 months rent out the stables and field, and i jsut wondered on what people thought we should charge? its nothing amzing but its 2 good size stables, plus a tack room and feed room, a yard, water and a four acre field split in to 3 fields. any ideas?

I live in Somerset and my yard sounds about the same although on a working farm. I pay £15 a week DIY. Stable, day grazing in the winter, 24/7 turnout in the summer...nice hacking but no school.

My old instructor rented her land and stables out for about £20 per horse if that's any help?

I rent a yard with 2 stables, tackroom, water, electric, 2.5acres and a small barn for storage in devon. No school and no horsey people on site so very DIY, have to go twice a day and do everything myself. £120 per calendar month.

When I was on a livery yard last year I paid £150 DIY per month but this included all hay and straw, water, electric and muck removal. We had a menage but hired this separately. Several livery yards in my area of Suffolk charge the same for a similar service.
