also full livery price?

A week. Do you know, come from or have links to NE Scotland? I would prepare a business plan and research the current availability of yards of a similar size and offer to that you want to provide. Perhaps pose as a potential client and ring for current prices of local yards. Those prices above were for central Scotland, specifically around Stirling and Falkirk where there are a lot of yards.

We currently pay £140/month for DIY including grazing, stable and a decent sized school in east central Scotland. Worth noting that that is a "pony" price for those under 14.2 and the ones over this height on our yard pay more but I'm not sure how much more! The ponies get smaller stables and allocated less grazing hence the discount.

Our yard is fully DIY with no services offered so I can't help with other prices. We buy forage and bedding from the YO who keeps the prices a bit lower than the going rate locally.

thank you, we are from kent, seen a couple of places we want to go see which have indoor/outdoor arenas. thinking of running livery/small farming just trying to look around to see whats best and get a plan on the go. pie in the sky at the moment but need to look to see how to make it work.

Im in NE Scotland

Very lucky to be at a £40 per week diy livery yard with outdoor arena hay/haylage provided, and good hacking.

However, within a 5-8 mile radius of us, most yards are at the £300+ per month mark for diy with hay/haylage included. Some might include a turnout or take in service within that. Full livery in this radius ranges from £480 to £750 per month depending on facilities and level of care provided
